The Nokia Booklet 3G Netbook wil be out in Europe on two weeks…The first customers that will be able to get their hands onto the fresh netbook will be the German subscribers to O2, who, starting with October 22, will be able to get the device for €249 upfront and then €20 per month over 24 months. The Nokia Booklet 3G will have Intel Atom Z530, 1.6 GHz CPU, Intel Poulsbo US15W chipset with a fanless design, as well as 1 GB of DDR2, 533 Mhz, soldered down RAM memory. For storage, the netbook relies on a 120GB, 1.8-inch SATA HDD, with 8MB cache and 4200 RPM. the Nokia netbook features a broad range of connectivity options – including 3G/ HSPA and Wi-Fi, as well as an HDMI port for HD video out, plus other extras, such as a front-facing camera for video calling, integrated Bluetooth and an easily accessible SD card reader. Other premium features are the 10-inch glass HD-ready display, which provides a 1280×720 pixel resolution, and integrated A-GPS.

“Orange UK and Apple have reached an agreement to bring iPhone 3G and 3GS to Orange UK customers later this year. Orange globally now offers iPhone in 28 countries and territories,” is what the UK operator says. Moreover, it already put in place a page where those interested in the iPhone can register to receive updates on the device. O2, the carrier that has the iPhone exclusively in the country since 2007, has been already rumored to lose the exclusivity deal on the device in the very near future, and it seems that rumors proved real in the end. Although O2 has sold a lot of units since it started offering the iPhone to its users, complaints about poor data network reliability and high prices for tethering and roaming have also emerged. iPhone available on Orange means competition, which should drive improvements in services, Cult of Mac says. T-Mobile and Vodafone, already announced plans to offer the iconic device to their subscribers, and it seems that they might soon get the green light too

Once you are subscribed to Duo, you will be given your Duo Landline number. Now, your mobile phone and SIM will have two (2) numbers: your current mobile number (i.e. 0917-XXX-XXXX) and your Duo Landline number (i.e. 02-XXX-XXXX).
